Responsibilities :?

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company?s Policies & SOPs.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, issuing and weighing operations to serve internal and external customers.
Ensure efficient space utilization and provide initiatives to efficiently utilize Warehouse Space in HJ Warehouses.
?Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and GMPs.
? Maintain and improve people and building budget spend across WHs. ?Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
?Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees to improve productivity.
Produce reports regularly and/or as requested.
Any other tasks requested by management.
