Job Description

Golden Solutions Visa Services is looking for a highly independent and professional individual for the position of Visa Consultant & Applications Specialist. You will will be responsible for the following:

  • Directly assisting individuals with completion ofVisa Applications, processing of required documents, and certification of documents
  • Translation of documents as necessary
  • Setting up embassy appointments for clients
  • Sales / Advertising and promoting services
  • Data Entry
  • Collection of passports and relevant documents
  • Fee collection and cash handling
  • Tracking of application status
  • Handling customer queries on social media, in person, through email or by phone
