UI / UX DesignerJop?responsibilities1. Design workflows and wireframes based on the needs and objectives of internal teams.2. Support design sessions with internal teams to conceptualize and develop engaging visual materials and digital assets.3. Develop visual materials, graphics, and produce storyboards.4. Review existing materials, assets, and web presence to ensure consistency on visual identity and UI/UX, and set guidelines and best practices to ensure continuity for future content.5. Support the Integration Team?s work on visual storytelling using data to strengthen the identification of emerging trends.?6.?Collaborate with web team to develop wireframes, content architectures, client-facing mockups7.?Create mood boards, storyboards, animations, illustrations, graphics, and other supporting assets8.?Conduct research to help develop buyer personas, target audience, and associated UX research (writing, architecture, etc.)9.?Will contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the brand guidelines10.?Meet deadlines to ensure timely publicationsJob Qualifications:?- Knowledge of graphic design and other UX/UI principles- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud- Must be proficient with prototyping tools (Adobe XD, InVision, Figma, etc.)- Knowledge of animation development using Adobe AfterEffects is a huge plus- Strong illustrative and typographic skills are a plus- Excellent organization and follow-through skills- Creativity skills with excellent attention to detail
