Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
Booking reservations for hotels, transfers or flights for customers.
Following up with clients about travel plans.
Using the agency?s booking system to make the reservations.
Working on the agency?s system ?Holiday System? to check the trips programs and prices.
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Informing travel agents in other locations of available or reserved seats.
Working on Galileo and Amadeus Systems
