We are looking for an enthusiastic recruit to mold into a top class dairy herd manager. Our 300 cow dairy milking 3x per day operates at the highest levels producing milk on a supermarket contract, and we want to develop someone with commitment, passion, a great work ethic and a desire to be the best. You will work along side the owner to develop knowledge and skills in all areas of the dairy business, including the skills to run a small dairy team. An agricultural qualification and some previous experience would be ideal, but most importantly you must display the hunger to succeed.
