Essential skills & Qualification experience needed for the role:Technology expertise and Technology education background (or appreciation of Technology) would be desired as the candidate is expected to work closely with the Technology Teams for managing the R&Q processes.A good understanding of the role of risk management in helping an organisation achieve its business goals is an advantage but not mandatory.Knowledge of product management lifecycle including maintenance and support.Ability to analyse and document processes, to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and successfully influence change.An empathetic, solutions focused, pragmatic approach, combined with an ability to apply quality standards and recognise showstoppers. Ability to interact with and effectively facilitate a wide range of stakeholders at all levels within multiple functions, both technical and nontechnical, across all grades, whilst building strong relationships.
