Skills and attributes for success- Manage stakeholder expectations, delivery plans and communications, and provide status updates as needed to continuously advance service delivery - Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm and demonstrate proven ability to build strong relationships - Highly numerate with strong analytical and commercial skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Gain a strong knowledge of the service line and the engagement, EYs structure, key personnel and EYs policies/procedures - Coordinate risk management processes, such as engagement letters, client continuance, independence, family tree, preapproval and other regulatory requirements To qualify for the role, you must have- Approximately five (5) years experience in a client driven professional environment - Experience leading a team in delivery high volumes of tasks/activities within standard turnaround times - Time and project management skills - able to plan and manage time effectively and flexibly to deal with key priorities - A Bachelors Degree - Advanced MS Office knowledge with a particular interest in producing high level data using MS Excel - Able to work with minimal guidance, operating across multiple projects and priorities. Ideally, youll also have- A Good understanding of a professional services business, ideally having worked in this environment already - Knowledge of how to obtain data from numerous systems, combined with the ability to analyse the data efficiently and effectively. - Experience reporting on metrics in large volume activity teams i.e. TAT, SLA, QC What we look forWere interested in motivated professionals with an in-depth understanding of, and willingness to become proficient in, our standard tools and practices.
