Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in customer discovery and qualification phases.
Create SoW, Bill of Material, diagrams and labor estimates from provided requirements.
Contribute to RFP, bid, and other customer proposals.
Create high-level solution designs/architectures.
Translate business/technical requirements into actionable scope of work items.
Conduct effective customer meetings and gather/document/influence requirements
Develop strong relationships with customers and internal team as a trusted technical advisor.
Develop relationships with various individuals within manufacturers?, industry peers, and internal resources.
Continually learn the newest technologies.
