A technical manager is needed

Overseeing all project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.
Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
Reviewing the shop - drawings of all structural RC elements.
Preparing the variation notes.
Preparation and review method of statements.
Studying and preparing the requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, and conflicting.
Collaborate and Coordinate with all disciplines (Arch., , Civil works) through 2D CAD drawings or Revitÿ3Dÿmodels.
