Job Description

The Netsync Editing Team is looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level editor interested in working for a fast-paced, dynamic company. Netsync?s Technical Editor I manages multiple, simultaneous projects from start to finish under tight deadline constraints. The Technical Editor I is expected to bring new ideas and experience to the team, so Netsync can continue to strive for quality documentation that best reflects Netsync?s values.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform substantive edits on client-facing and internal documents, such as:
- Proposal submittals- Statements of work- Employee profiles- As-built, design, and survey documentation- Security assessments- Marketing materials- Internal communications
  • Monitor the CRM technical editing?line
  • Interact with document authors to produce the best, most thorough documentation
  • Coordinate with the proposals team on responses, as needed.
Additional Duties:
  • Assist other departments, such as HR, with projects, as needed, to include PowerPoint presentations and internal document proofreading
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to edit content
  • Construct form templates for internal departments
