* Teacher of Modern Languages Teacher of Modern LanguagesLocation Winterbourne, South GloucestershireTeacher of Modern Languages (0.4 FTE - Tuesdays and Wednesdays)Contract: Fixed term until 31/08/2023 (pending review of the staffing establishment and budget)Start Date: 1st September 2022We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic Teacher of Modern Languages from September 2022. The ability to teach Spanish to KS3 is essential and the ability to French is desirable but not essential. Both newly qualified Teachers and experienced Teachers are welcome to apply for this post. The successful candidate will join an experienced and established team of positive, forward-thinking practitioners and a Faculty that thrives on a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. The Faculty has a clear framework for schemes of learning, assessment and feedback. The successful candidate will have an understanding of how lessons are sequenced and build upon prior knowledge in order to ensure good student progress.The AcademyWinterbourne Academy is a vibrant and highly successful academy in South Gloucestershire (on the outskirts of Bristol). It is the largest secondary school in the county and is part of a family of schools operated under the leadership of the Olympus Academy Trust.
