The ability to teach Economics at A level is also desirable. This is a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality lessons, motivate, challenge and inspire our students, developing exciting and engaging learning experiences. They will be committed to closing gaps and raising attainment across all abilities, whatever the starting point. They should have a strong sense of team work and a willingness to contribute and a desire to improve their own and the faculty?s practice. These subjects fit within the wider Social Sciences Faculty which features four subjects at KS4 and eight at KS5. We currently offer GCSE Business, Level 2 Cambridge National in Marketing & Enterprise, and Business at both A Level and L3 Cambridge Technical. The successful candidate will teach KS4 and KS5 Business as well as potentially adding additional capacity within KS5 Economics, although there is a little flexibility for the right candidate. We are also looking for candidates who will form positive relationships with students and their parents/carers, to support them and gain their trust.
