The success of this division will be measured by the ability to quickly deliver shortlisted and relevant candidates to the client.

  • Quickly grasping client requirements with the aim of short listing candidates against client?s required profile
  • Advertising positions, reviewing applications and searching the database for relevant candidates
  • Sourcing, pre- screening and matching candidate profiles with the aim of assessing interest as well as relevancy
  • Managing and communicating effectively with the candidates through the verification cycle, while educating them on the clients? objectives as well.
  • Creating and documenting candidate profiles to send a shortlist of relevant candidates to the client within the agreed time frame.
