Fairmont Amman is offering a career opportunity for a talented and energetic Talent & Culture Coordinator.Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:What is in it for you?

What you will be doing ?
  • Work collaboratively with Heartists to create an inclusive, productive, and fun environment within hotel
  • Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
  • Manage HR systems and benefit administration
  • Participates in planning and execution of Heartist events and recognition
  • Foster and promote positive employee relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust and mutual respect
Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
