Job Description

  • Achieve sales as determined by approved monthly and yearly sales targets in both unit and value dimension
  • Assist Manager Sales in executing sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals
  • Deliver action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Provide timely feedback to sales manager regarding performance
  • Consistent research on competition pricing & activities
  • Weekly reporting of sales activities
  • Will be responsible for selling across properties to clients
  • Source potential?clients and establish/maintain a good work relationship and secure sales
  • Attend to inquiries from any walk-in clients
  • Build awareness and knowledge of the property market
  • Creating data base of potential customers and targeting new markets in order to identify new target groups
  • Communicate with other Sales team members and Post Sales point of contact to ensure strong coordination of assigned leads
  • Ensure extensive product knowledge
  • Keep up to date with market trends
  • Providing innovative ideas and selling strategies in order to achieve required goals
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Manage the client from initiation until closure
  • Provide strong opening, follow up and assertive enthusiasm in customer relationship management
  • Prompt answering of inquiry of every client.
  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to potential customers
  • Daily update of assigned leads
  • Daily phone calls with leads and clients
  • Daily meeting at the office with leads and clients
  • Daily prospecting for new leads
