Q-Pros is hiring an experienced Software Quality/Test Manager in our offshore center in Amman. We are looking for a candidate who has proven track records of successfully forming, storming and norming a performing team.?ResponsibilitiesManage quality and testing teams (both manual and automation) in our offshore Amman office.Leadership Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating, capacity building etc.).Promote building? practices through a continuous RnD approach.Define offshore software testing strategies and techniques.Identify and implement proper KPIs for the testing team.Recruit and acquire QA and QC team members.Coach and mentor the testing analysts encouraging their career progression.Work with the test leads on escalation and projects risks.Plan?and?manage the testing effort for any given engagement.Prepare/review of test plans.Prepare/review of test reports.Meet and present to company?s clients.?
