Our team wants the right candidate who enjoys building services from scratch, loves to challenge the status quo, simplifies the architecture, does not hesitate from taking initiatives, and loves to learn new technologies.What you will do:

• Design and develop scalable and highly available platform services to improve our technology platform
• Collaborate with team members to co-develop and tackle problems
• Take advantage of opportunities to build new technical expertise in a specific engineering area
• Seek knowledge from domain experts when needed
• Understand the importance of system and technology integration and the basic features and facilities involved in the integration process
• Develop and test standard software applications and related programs and procedures to ensure they meet design requirements
• Apply software design principles, data structures and/or design patterns and computer science fundamentals to write code that is clean, maintainable, optimized, modular with good naming conventions
• Apply knowledge of database design to tackle data requirements
• Help coordinate team member input when developing solutions to issues
• Participate in the resolution of production issues and lead efforts toward solutions

Who you are:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Good understanding of software design principles, algorithms and data structures
• Build and maintain a software project/product in production environments in public/hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Excellent coding skills in at least one language Java, Kotlin, NodeJs, moderate familiarity in other applicable languages
• Familiar in a couple data stores or API access patterns and integration
• Experience with Relational, Non-Relational Database and caching technologies and techniques
• Sound knowledge of Web Services and object-oriented design
• Passionate about rapidly learning new software skills and technologies
• Able to understand and design moderately sophisticated systems
• Able to test, debug, fix issues within established SLAs
