BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years industry experience in designing software architecture, and implementing scalable software systems.- Strong object-oriented design skills with an understanding of common design paradigms.- Experience with Java or other object oriented languages.- Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and databases.- Experience writing unit and system level tests using dependency injection frameworks and object mocking.- Experience coaching junior software development engineers including code reviews and design reviews.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline.- 5+ years of experience.- Ability to effectively articulate and drive solutions to technical and business challenges.- Excellent communication skills (ability to produce technical, and non-technical documentation).
