Job Description

SUMMARY:?The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for administering Avertras social media accounts and creating original text and video content, managing/scheduling posts and responding to followers. The person will manage the company image in a cohesive way to achieve Avertras marketing goals.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:?

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews of our applications
  • Aid Customer Success team to capture customer feedback on social media in regards to our applications
  • Capture customer feedback on competitors? applications
  • Ensure consistency in social media content and presentation (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Monitor our existing accounts: , Twitter, Instagram and plan with the team to launch and maintain upcoming accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Capterra)
  • Create paid promotion campaigns on Avertra?s social media accounts
