Job Description

  • Recommends, selects, and helps locate the right model.
  • Describes a products features and benefits.
  • Provides information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care, and maintenance.
  • Maintains sales records & personal information data.
  • Prepares the PSI report daily.
  • Makes stock-taking daily for the handsets and accessories.
  • Prepares the sales invoices on a daily basis.ÿ
  • Places orders for the showroom to the retail supervisor.
  • Recognizes and monitors security issues.
  • Arrange the display of devices and devices store V.M (Visual merchandising)
  • Complies with all regulations issued by the retail supervisor.
  • Helps the Applies customers in such software information, updates, and configurations.
  • Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
