SEO and Social Media Specialist

Mindset is looking for an experienced SEO/SEM and Social Media Expert to fill a highly important and strategic role managing our search engine optimization and social marketing activities . Help us get to 100,000 Linked In Followers! In this brand new role you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities including content optimization, web page optimization, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI. This person will also be responsible for improving and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our brand visibility and lead generation. This role will join a fast paced and fun Global marketing team!Job duties and responsibilities* Improvements to Keywords to maximize our presence and drive web traffic on the major search engines especially Google. * Optimize our web pages (we use Word Press) * Develop, implement and manage an improved social media strategy * Manage and oversee social media content * Performance Measurement * Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies * Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest social content optimization * Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network * Provide constructive feedback to make our content and web pages more productiveJob requirements and qualifications* A minimum of 2-3 years experience as an SEO and Social Media Expert* A minimum 2-3 years? experience updating and optimizing Word Press pages for SEO * Excellent knowledge of Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ * Excellent knowledge of Search Engines especially Google, Yahoo, and Bing * Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics * Good understanding of social media KPIs * Familiarity with web design and publishing * Excellent multitasking skills * Critical thinker and problem-solving skills * Team Player * Self-driven with good time-management skills * Would enjoy the excitement and enthusiasm of a high growth technology firmAbout MindsetMindset Consulting is a highly specialized SAP Technology Partner headquartered out of Minneapolis, MN.
