Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of ticketing agent. Handle customer requirements /cases professionally minimize customer waiting time.? Booking and issuing Domestic and International Air Tickets & Hotel Bookings via GDS and OTAs? Support staff and customers to resolve difficult issues / problems pertaining to Reservations and Ticketing on a daily basis.? Handling Group Bookings Hotels, Tickets, tours and activates.?Covering all cashier needs (cash flow, local suppliers cash payments, guides/escorts receipts)? Liaising with the Accounting Department, covering receptionist duties (answering calls, handling co-mail, monitoring supplies orders)? Issue all tickets that automation does not for the corporate department, on sites, and branch locations as determined? Process all International tickets, including Concur International tickets, applying proper commission (s)? Administer all ticket exchanges that cannot be completed by an automated process? Process all type of air fares searching through suppliers? Process All kinds of Visa Preparation & Processing.? Coordinating with team for any issue on Operations? Coordinating with vendors regarding PLB (commission)
