to provide effective coordination and specialized support to a full range of proposed M&E capacity strengthening activities that fulfil the objectives of the current and upcoming WFP Country Strategic PlanKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)1.Develop a Country Office (CO) Analysis, M&E capacity strengthening strategy that guides WFP?s transfer of knowledge, systems, and tools to external partners and strengthens WFP?s in-house M&E capacities.2.Provide efficient advocacy, coordination, and project management support to government capacity strengthening activities to ensure that these are performed in line with WFP?s Normative Framework for M&E and achieve sustainable results.3.Provide M&E expertise, technical assistance, training and coaching to selected government departments/counterparts and to relevant WFP units ensuring alignment with wider WFP programme policies and guidelines to enable effective implementation and monitoring of ongoing project activities.
