Support and lead critical elements of investment proposal/ bid preparation process.
Work closely with the Team to provide all investment related requirements.
Formulate and maintain each project?s financial modelling.
Conduct financial, ratio, and sensitivity analysis for all investment opportunities.
Contribute to the Team?s compilation of investment, debt raising memorandums and investment committee proposals.
Support and contribute to discussions and negotiations of shareholder/share purchase agreements and negotiations with lenders.
Take the lead in fulfilling all of lender?s requirements towards financial closing.
Financial reporting on the Fund level and compliance requirement.
Implement additional requirements to maximize shareholder return and maintain compliance as per the PE fund documentation (LPA, Information Memorandum).
