Provides the subject matter expertise on the disciplines, methods, processes, and technologies purchased as a service and/or deployed on premise in support of County business. Key role for support for service interruptions and persistent problems by utilizing knowledge of root cause analysis and correct action planning. Manages and coordinates work done by service providers on behalf of the County. MQs: Requires equivalency of a bachelors degree in computer sciences or a related field and three years advanced level IT experience. Experience in a medium to large service industry organization is essential. Incumbent must have a reliable means of transportation for the performance of work responsibilities. A resume is required.
