Develop structured ABAP programs to supportbusiness rules that guide management decisions inSAP functional areas.Guide team development efforts towards successfulproject delivery.Provide technical leadership to teammates throughcoaching and mentorship.Maintain high standards of software quality withinthe team by establishing good practices and habits.Identify and encourage areas for growth andimprovement within the team.Do the required SAP configuration orcustomizations related directly with SAP ABAP.Analyze business requirements, review existingsystems, define the solution, and translate into levelsof effort and technical designs.Perform tuning reports and programs for bestperformance where needed.Maintain appropriate levels of technical andprocedural documentation.Adhere to appropriate departmental procedures andpractices (such as auditing requirements, controlprocedures).Interact with Software vendors to solve anytechnical issues raised if any.Performing other duties related to the job asassigned by the direct supervisor
