Job Description

A leading Smartphone distribution company is looking for a senior candidate to be part of the team as Sales Manager.As a Sales Manager, you’ll need to be highly motivated, focused, and very comfortable drawing insights from data. You are in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with the company’s points of sales by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our Smartphone portfolio and markets channels. Whilst building the plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you are responsible for the company’s key retailer from A-Z.As part of your role you will be responsible for managing qualified sales structure consist of sales supervisors, team leaders and sales representatives and their fleet of cash vans. The Role: 

• Develop short & long-term strategies, and plans to identify business-building chances to create shared value for our company’s customers.
• Be the voice of the customer to our company & business categories.
• Lead daily & monthly planning to deliver sales goals.
• Develop plans to win with customers & channels, making every point of sales a growth engine for the company Smartphone portfolio, to drive growth in sales, share, and return on investment.
• Leverage retailer insights and partner with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.
• Convert the company’s plans in to actions by developing the daily, weekly, and monthly target for the sales.  
• Managing and monitoring sufficient inventory level across the company, cash vans and the market stock. 
• The sales manager will be directly responsible to monitor account receivable and adjust team’s collections plans. 
• Monitoring, evaluating and managing the daily rout plans for all the sales team, including sales results achievements.

• You have trade fund management experience, and youre comfortable using data to drive the best promotion decisions.
• You love to use data analytics to identify new insights and business opportunities for us and the customer.
• You have joint business planning experience and you can quickly uncover customer needs to deliver winning pitches.
•  Minimum 8 years pulse a successful previous experience in sales management, preferably in, Smartphone, FMCG or retail distribution.
