Experience of 2 ? 3 yearsÿin Freight Forwarding / Shipping Salesÿwith proven track records/ÿ1-2 years
Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments toÿprospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (THE MOST IMPORTANT)
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market?s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveÿactivities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Ability to take initiative and responsibility
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers
Excellent Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and database software.
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
