This application is the first step in seizing your moment.** The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the Sales organization and Account Executive teams by delivering the necessary tools, content, training, process, and best practices to ensure they are successful in their day-to-day activities. This role will report to the Marketing Demand Generation Manager and will focus on the end-to-end operations, processes, systems, and planning associated with lead generation, opportunity management, and knowledge share. The Sales Enablement Specialist will also be responsible for supporting the development of sales tools and documents to be used throughout the sales lifecycle using Seismic as the main sales enablement platform. This role will interact and collaborate with several departments throughout the company to coordinate the distribution of information specific to products, the industry, the company, customers, our competitors, and sales skills. The position is expected to raise sales efficiency and productivity and increase process compliance within those regions through consultation and implementation of best practices for sales processes.Role Responsibilities* Act as a liaison between the Sales/Account Management, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Product teams and build strong relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their needs.* Lead and supervise system adoption (sales enablement platform) and productivity to ensure effective implementation of established strategies and tactics including routine reporting schedule.* Develop and maintain content structure within the sales enablement platform to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency for sales and account management to achieve sales goals.* Analyze system performance results and trends, generate weekly/monthly reporting to identify areas of improvement and/or training.* Train and mentor Sales/Account Management reps on how to use sales enablement content and tools.* Work with marketing and product to support content creation specific to Sales and Account Management, organizing and optimizing sales enablement content i.e. sales pitch decks, customer success stories, competitor profile sheets, sales podcasts, etc.* Create high-quality, detailed, clear training materials including job aids, Webcasts & how-to guides.* Conduct research and gather feedback to optimize tools and processes.* Lead and facilitate a weekly forum for delivery of product information, key content, and CTA for Sales and Account Management.* Collaborate with sales operations others to ensure SalesForce and Pardot tools align to internal use of Seismic.* Coach product teams towards best practices and takeaways. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.* Coordinate and deliver sales enablement-related presentations to the sales organization and the executive team.* Perform other duties as assigned.Role RequirementsEducation * Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. * Bachelor?s degree preferred. Experien * Five (5) years of experience in sales or sales operations required. * Two (2) years of B to B sales experience required * Two (2) years of experience with sales enablement platforms (i.e. Seismic) required. * Salesforce and HTML coding experience preferredPay EquityPSCU is committed to pay equity and a competitive benefits package.
