Ambition, dedication, attention to detail, and a warm smile are all winning characteristics that lead to the spirit of who we are.Position Summary:The Revenue Audit Supervisor is responsible for the continued development and implementation of the Revenue Audit training program as well as providing supervision to Revenue Audit Leads and Revenue Auditors with daily audit and review completion.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* Promotes superior guest service.* Supervises Revenue Audit team members in daily audits and reviews in both gaming and non-gaming areas to ensure accurate and timely completion and review.* Assists the Revenue Audit Manager with writing and submitting policies, procedures, and Internal Controls (SOP?s) for review and approval.* Assists the Revenue Audit Manager to ensure compliance with Tribal Internal Control Standards and Tribal-State Compact for all areas of Revenue Audit.* Continues to develop and implement the Revenue Audit training program by: training new team members on policies, procedures, and internal controls, providing on-going training to all Revenue Audit team members, creating and maintaining department training manuals and guides, and performing periodic training program assessments to identify areas of opportunity to strengthen the program.* Assist the Revenue Audit Manager with the preparation and communication of annual performance reviews and individual development growth plans.* Monitors team members daily performance to ensure adherence to casino policies and procedures.* Prepares or reviews journal entries to record revenues and expenses in a complete and accurate manner.* Prepares daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports as assigned.* Attends required company training and meetings.* Adhere to regulatory, departmental and ilani policies and procedures in an ethical manner.* Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information.* Defines, maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tlcn and Core Values.* Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all assigned areas.* Duties, responsibilities, requirements, and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as necessary.Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:* Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Two years of supervisory experience in a casino, retail, and/or hospitality environment.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.* Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* Ability to work in an office environment with frequent interruptions.* Ability to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.* Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment when on the casino floor.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures (wear a face mask, social distance, or other PPE).* Travel may be required.
