Ambition, dedication, attention to detail, and a warm smile are all winning characteristics that lead to the spirit of who we are.Position Summary: This position is responsible for oversight of the daily revenue and compliance audit process including supervision of supervisors and auditors. The Revenue Audit Manager ensures all gaming and non-gaming audits are completed timely and accurately and that instances of non-compliance with internal controls are documented and communicated to the appropriate management and regulatory personnel.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Promotes superior guest service. * Maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tlcn and the Core Values of ilani. * Provides training and supervision for all Revenue Audit team members. * Ensures Revenue Audit team members are knowledgeable of company internal controls, standard operating procedures, and have the necessary tools to perform their duties competently. * Ensures that daily audit paperwork and checklists including supporting documentation are reviewed for completeness and accuracy. * Reviews daily and monthly journal entries to record daily revenue and expense related to revenue audits. * Assist in reconciliation of gaming and non-gaming assigned general ledger accounts. * Ensures daily Flash reports and Daily Operating Reports (DOR) are accurate and sent to management on a timely basis. * Investigates and reports internal control exceptions to the appropriate management and regulatory bodies on a timely basis and maintains documentation and follow up on noted variances to internal controls. * Assists in preparation for both internal and external audits. Cooperates with internal and external audits to provide requested information and follow up. * Responsible for scheduling work hours and days for all audit team members including assignment of audit duties. Schedules should reflect the business needs of the operation. * Attends required company training and meetings. * Establishes department policies and procedures in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines. * Provides strong leadership to the property by executing programs for team members which foster positive attitudes toward company goals. * Evaluates all areas of responsibility for continuous improvement opportunities and develops plans to implement process improvements. * Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all assigned areas. * Must Maintain the strictest confidence of all confidential information.Requirements:Minimum Qualifications: * Three (3) years of casino revenue audit experience in a high-volume, complex environment. * Experience in a gaming and hospitality environment. * Four-year degree in Accounting required from an accredited university or five years? experience as a Revenue Audit Manager in a similar size gaming operation and bachelor?s degree. * Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. * Thorough knowledge of financial and accounting principles and familiarity with GAAP. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. * Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Complete understanding of all gaming rules and regulations as they apply to finance. * Completion of all system training programs (i.e., Infinium, SDS, CMP, Stratton Warren, Agilysis or other applicable system training). * Office work environment. * Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting, and loud music and noises, when out on the gaming floor. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. * Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time. * Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. * Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures (wear a face mask, social distance, or other PPE). * Travel may be required.
