Ensure Implementation approved department policies,processes, and procedures and monitors adherenceso that work is carried out in a controlled manner.Ensure Implementation the department strategy toensure alignment with Hikmas strategy.Manages the day-to-day operations of the section byproviding guidance, encouraging teamwork andfacilitating related professional work processes inorder to achieve high performance standards.Contributes to the preparation of the section budget toensure alignment with the approved and set budget.Manages the effective achievement of objectives bysetting individual targets, developing and motivatingstaff in order to maximize subordinate performance.Performs assessment of registration files against localrequirements to ensure all papers are in place and incompliance.Assesses new market requirements, responds tochanges in regulation in MENA and accordinglyformulates and communicates a strategy forcompliance within Hikma affiliates.Negotiates regulations with health authoritiesregarding the registration requirements to enhanceexecution of Hikma?s planned submission strategiesCommunicates regularly with external agencies (ex.JFDA) to manage any related arrangements thatwould facilitate the files submissions/approvals.Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health andenvironmental procedures to ensure a healthy andsafe work environment.
