BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Technical recruiting experience within a Corporate and or search firm including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, including 7+ years in program management and /or talent consulting.- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member of a virtual team.- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 8+ years recruiting and sourcing experience working in a medium to high volume, high hiring bar environment recruiting/sourcing for technical talent (Software Development Engineers, Senior Software Development Engineers, Architect, Principal Engineer, Software Development Manager, Head of Engineering, CTO, ML engineers, Scientists )- Superior written and verbal communication skills- A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations- Strong full life cycle recruiting skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
