We are currently looking for Quality Assurance & Functional Supportto occupy a vacant positions within the IT department with the following duties , responsibilities and qualifications :? Proven work experience in software quality assurance.? Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.? Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.? Good Knowledge of Functional / Technical Support for ERP systems.? Conduct training sessions for new users.? Good Knowledge of accounting systems is a plus.? 1-3 years of work experience in software quality assurance.? BSc in Computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalents.
