Duties Responsibilities:? Leads processes development/ reengineering within PMO dept. and Cross functional process withother depts.? Ensure Implementation/ Automation of company Policy and procedures as well as best practices.? Conducts regular reviews/ updates of PMO Policy, Procedure and Templates as required.? Working closely with ERP team to reflect PMO business requirements on the ERP to meet businessobjectives.? Coordinate with Sales/Presales teams to create required project management documents, ex.(Methodologies, Operations Models, Method of Installation, Schedule plans, Risk Plans, QualityPlans ...Etc.) required to comply with Tenders requirements.? Control and Report PMO dept. budget including project estimating, forecasting and costmanagement.? Establish and maintain projects control tools.? Measure projects performance using appropriate tools and techniques.? Support Project Managers with required documentations, templates and PMI plans? Gather information from PMs and prepare weekly/ Monthly projects progress reports.? Preparation and submission of Projects cash flow forecasts periodically.? Perform other duties assigned by direct manager.
