We design and deliver projects and initiatives that contribute to more just and inclusive societies.Expectation State (ES) is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator to implement a donor funded activity that aims to support Jordans home-based businesses (HBBs) and Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) to grow, transform, and become resilient to future shocks focusing on four critical sectors: agriculture, tourism, manufacturing, and services, with special attention to technology development and implementation. It works to implement best practices in crisis response, enterprise strengthening, inclusive job creation, and financial sector development within a market-systems development (MSD) framework and leveraging innovative behavioral change methodologies to facilitate long-term, sustainable changes in the behaviors or stakeholders and beneficiaries that align better with the current needs of Jordan?s MSEs.Expectation State will lead efforts to identify, assess, and support Financial Service Providers (FSPs), focusing on Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) with potential for catalytic impact on MSEs? access to finance. This will include identifying barriers and enabling factors to introduce innovative financing tools and access to finance services that meet the needs of MSEs and provide linkages to international investors.To support our team in Jordan, we are looking for a Project Coordinator.ÿ
