KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)Provision of Humanitarian Assistance to Refugees:Management and supervision of the Delivery Team (3 staff members) of CBT Unit, responsible for the CBT programme cycle (planning, implementation, and monitoring) with regards to GFA to Refugees in Jordan and OneCard Platform activities;Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of WFP?s CBT assistance in both communities and camps;Provide strategic technical advice for CBT operations in Jordan including contributing to the development and implementation of new delivery models (e.g. mobile money);In coordination with other Unit?s staff member, ensure timely analysis and actions are taken on Building Blocks (Blockchain technology);Analyze M&E findings for CBT programming and prepare, disseminate timely analytical and critical reports including proposals for improvements in programme design, operations and the scope of programmes;Review financial reports of all expenditures related to CBT activities and ensure the timely payment to partners and service providers;2.?? Enhancement of Data Oversight, Analysis and Data Management:Ensure that CBT Unit is in compliance with WFP policies, criteria, procedures and Operational Guidance Manuals;Lead and contribute to project documents (e.g. SoPs) and project revisions through the entire approval process from inception to approval;Lead the development of new data analysis tools and definition of business requiremtns for CBT tools;With the support of Country Offices colleagues, contribute to case management processes, ensuring all CBT related issues are appropriately addressed and action is taken;3.??? Establish and maintain strategic and operational partnerships:Ensure the development of sustained relationships with key partners including NGOs, UNHCR, GIZ, Central Bank of Jordan, Financial Service Providers and other stakeholders;Represent WFP in relevant meetings, including: interagency forums, bilateral meetings with Service Providers and Cooperating Partners;Facilitate and participate in donor missions and assist in the preparation of donor briefs, proposals and reports, as requested;
