Product Support / Customer Service - NEW PAY RATE$16.00/hr. to start. Currently seeking an eager, friendly, hardworking Customer Service Representative to add to their Product Support team! Great training program provided! I-459 / Inverness area.A glimpse into this persons day to day:* Generating new orders/purchases for customers, and handling the order process all the way from initial purchase to shipping of products. * Answering general questions about outdoors cameras including operation of the device and information about warranties. * Troubleshooting equipment via phone calls with customers. * Enjoying a small, tight-knit team with a blue jeans work environment/culture - but located in a nice office building.We are looking for someone that smiles on the phone , has a friendly personality, works well with others (no drama), and is passionate about growing in this niche industry!THE MAIN THING that makes YOU a great fit - deductive reasoning.
