Under the supervision of the Director of Administration and Finance, the Procurement and Subcontracts Manager manages subcontract and procurements process to ensure compliance with USAID regulations and company procedures, correct use of contracting mechanisms, and timely implementation. Coordinates with Director of Administration and Finance and technical staff to prepare procurements for goods and services including solicitations, collecting, and reviewing bids, coordinating with vendors, preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and collecting invoices for payment. Assist with local subcontract solicitations, bid review, and contract preparation. Serves as the point of contact to local subcontractors on financial matters. Supports local subcontractors with capacity building as needed. Ensures compliance with filing systems including electronic and hard copy filing.
