Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Consultant specializing in cybersecurity products for a one-year contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer engineering or computer science, coupled with extensive expertise in developing cybersecurity solutions and building comprehensive proposals. This role involves working closely with sales teams to provide technical support, design tailored solutions, and ensure client needs are met with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise and Consultation:
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity products and solutions to sales teams and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and design appropriate cybersecurity solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value and benefits of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Develop and deliver detailed proposals, including technical specifications, solution architecture, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align proposals with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Ensure all proposals meet the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and professionalism.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a technical advisor and point of contact for clients during pre-sales activities.
  • Solution Design and Customization:
  • Design and customize cybersecurity solutions to fit specific client environments and requirements.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in cybersecurity technologies and incorporate them into solution designs.
  • Support Sales Teams:
  • Assist the sales team in developing sales strategies and tactics to promote cybersecurity products and solutions.
  • Provide training and support to sales personnel on technical aspects of cybersecurity products.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations as the technical expert.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering technical proposals and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
