  • Owning the Traffic strategy with focus on SEO, PPC and other paid activities (Social media advertising, Display advertising etc.)Understanding the business objectives and translating these into traffic objectives
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making optimizations and allocating budget based on the results
  • Working closely with Bayts Online Marketing team and share best practices across the markets
  • Leading and developing content-led SEO strategy that will aim to drive incremental growth to core landing pages
  • Ensuring SEO best practices are implemented throughout the entire content process
  • Serving as the point of contact with the content team advocating for SEO best practices for content optimization and editorial best practices
  • Managing freelancers and agencies to support the development and execution against the content roadmap
  • Owning the reporting and success of our SEO-content strategy, partnering with analytics to demonstrate incremental impact, ROI, and overall performance
