Full time, 12 monthsKey Activity AreasPartnership Manager* Undertake a capacity and needs assessment of government ministries/agencies, municipalities, NNGOs and CBOs to identify needs and priorities charged with planning, design, and implementation roles in social protection, case management, safe referral pathways and working with people with disabilities. at the national level and at the municipal level* Build relationships and connection with stakeholders (government ministries/agencies, municipalities, NNGOs and CBOs)* Conduct a Literature review on existing NGOs, CBOs and national entities strategies, mandates and operations.* Develop surveys, questionnaires, and data collection tools to be used in the field* Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and training needs for a variety of professionals (through surveys, interviews and/or focus group discussions)* Develop content and tools for capacity building sessions (training plan, training proposal, agenda, evaluation sheets, pre-post-tests etc.) based on research-informed data* Support the Project Manager in coming up with a draft and final report for the overall findings including: + Interests, roles, and mandates from each stakeholder assessed.+ Capacity, needs, and constraints/gaps from each stakeholder assessed.+ Recommendation for next steps. * Manage qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis across program areas* Support in developing Medair?s exit strategy for the existing projects as part of the recommendations* Responsible on building partnerships with local stakeholders to implement the exit strategy.* Manage partnerships on different levels by assessing the capacity needs, building capacity building plans and manage the expectations through long-term interventions through partners.* Any other tasks assigned by the project managerChampion Organizational ValuesReflect the values of Medair with team members, local staff, beneficiaries, and external contacts.Job requirements:* Higher education degree preferably in social studies* Strong contextual understanding of national social protection sector.* Experience working with government entities, NNGOs and local CBOs.* Experience in conducting need assessments as well as a review of policies and programmes is an asset* Proven experience in preparation of written reports in an accurate and concise manner, and public presentation skills* Experience in developing assessment tools, carrying out assessments and analysing the data collected.* At least three (3) years of relevant experience in designing and/or running capacity-building programs.* He/she should have additional working experience in carrying out social protection related assessments and guide the process.* Previous experience working in South Governorate preferred* Confidence speaking to groups of various sizes, primarily in training situations; whether in person or online* Ability to be perceptive and sensitive to group dynamics and to respond to participants? feedback and questions* Ability to fulfil responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner* Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Self-reliant in conducting assessments in different governoratesSalary range is from (1675) JD to (1999) JDBefore you applyPlease ensure you are fully aware of the: Medair is committed to safeguarding the protection of beneficiaries, volunteers, staff and partners, and particularly children.
