Job description?We are looking for a smart, dynamic, target-driven sales representative to generate leads and drive sales. With experience in direct sales and social media marketing, Selling the company?s services to doctors, medical centers, and other relevant healthcare professionals.The outside sales representatives responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of services features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. You should have excellent negotiation skills, and communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving lead generation and promoting brand awareness through outdoor visits & digital channels.Duties & Responsibilities:?ÿFace-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.?ÿSelling the company?s services to clients, especially doctors, medical centers, other relevant healthcare professionals and others.?ÿDeveloping and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.?ÿBuilding and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.?ÿNegotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.?ÿIdentifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities?ÿResearching competitor?s offers and services and their respective market performances.?ÿConceptualize, produce and deliver high-quality, creative and visually engaging photographs and video content that supports the brand and the overall communication objectives.?ÿWork with our creative teammates.?ÿCollaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the client?s needs.?ÿSales activities include reaching and contract with other facilities to and establish industry partnerships to growth our business.?ÿInitiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.?ÿMaintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.?ÿGive weekly sales and lead reports.?ÿ Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.?ÿ Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers.?ÿReceive and collect payments through various methods (cash, cheques, online payments etc.)?ÿSend reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.?ÿResearching competitors services and pricing as well as market conditions.?ÿKeeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.?ÿStrategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.?ÿThe marketing mind; the thinker, the marketing strategist. the ones that pool all their creative resources into giving life to elaborate plans and tactics that can reach the desired goals.?ÿOutdoor work 90%
