Job Description

An opportunity to lead in an operational role and grow with an exciting start-up operating in the web based e-commerce/marketplace industry which is looking to urgently hire Operations and Sales Manager

  • Manage the entire suppliers and vendors cycle from initial contact , sales, to training and follow-up support.
  • Add products provided by suppliers into the system, prepare contracts, handle logistics and manage the whole onboarding process of suppliers and vendors.
  • Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the existing suppliers and prioritize retention as a major focus.?
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure suppliers success and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow transactions and revenue volumes from an assigned database of suppliers.
