Job Description

A travel services provider is hiring an Operations Coordinator Trainee in its office in Amman, Jordan.This vacancy is for an entry level role. Full training will be provided. Prior experience is not required, Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.ÿJob Responsibilities?:

  • Arrange and coordinate services with vendors through email and phone in English only.
  • Ensure handovers and debriefings are communicated effectively with other team members.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
  • Work closely with other colleagues from other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, to manage multiple priorities and to work effectively in time-critical situations.
Expectations:
  • Full training provided.
  • On the job training, successful candidates will be offered full-time positions.
  • Multiple shifts A,B,C.
  • Base salary up to 300 JOD.
