Job Description

  • following ships position and loading and discharging operations.
  • following-up emails between differant parties
  • preparing charter parties , laytime claculations
  • Offer advice and guidance to owners and charterers in order to avoid further disputes or demurrage claims.
  • Check shipbroker recaps (contract) to ensure accurate fixture creation
  • Assist with invoice raising, reporting and queries / raising credit notes.
  • Full time work days /hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 am - 06:00ÿpm
