Job Description

Job Offer:

  • Sales Support in HTP Online Program and Telemedicine Business
  • Our Customers: Patients, MD Doctors, Clinics, Medical Centers & Hospitals
  • 25 hours online working per week (from Saturday to Thursday)
  • 2 physical meetings per week (from Sunday to Wednesday )
  • First 6 months Training/ Probation Period , Salary 300 JOD
  • After 6 months and tenure , increase salary by 50%
  • Fluent in English
Duties:
  • Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales manager
  • Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments
  • Following up with customers requests
  • Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales manager
  • Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date
  • Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
  • Provide the sales manager with data reports and sales guides
  • Identify and keep up with sales trends
  • Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
