Job Description

For MedNet Jordan Co. W.L.L.MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire Officer - Medical Netwrok in Medical Network Department with the following tasks and responsibilities but not limited to:Your Job

  • Maintaining on-going benchmarks of Mednets medical network capabilities in the market according to the medical network department parameters.
  • Maintaining MedNet?s network competitiveness by expanding the medical network access locally as required by business needs.
  • Ensure maintenance of information/records of all contracts handled by the medical network department.
  • Handling provider requests for tariff revisions to ensure a continued and sustained competitive edge to MedNet.
  • Conduct trainings and orientation programs to health care service provider in an efficient manner and as per need.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with health care service providers.
  • Assist in identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the medical network development, operations management, systems, processes, and practices.
  • Support the medical network manager in the implementation of quality assurance programs and fraud and abuse management processes in order to maintain high standards of quality and ensure that fraudulent/abusive cases are dealt with in a correct and systematic manner.
Your Profile
  • BA in Nursing, Pharmacy, General Medicine, or any related field.
  • BA in Nursing, Pharmacy, General Medicine, or any related field.
  • Very good Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Good knowledge in local healthcare services system is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stress.
  • Jordanian Driving license & have a car.
