Job Description

Job Brief: Responsible for maintaining, controlling, and enhancing network key performance and quality indicators in all designated technologies to meet the assigned target values, and provide the other Engineering divisions with the needed technical analysis and reports.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance reporting system on a daily basis
  • Revise and study major changes in the network, and assess the successful changes with their impact
  • Participate in enhancing daily network performance KPIs
  • Administrate network performance tools
  • Participate in automating reports generation and distribution
  • Analyze and propose solutions for networks major incidents
  • Benchmark network and customer behavior after new marketing offers campaign
