The Programme Specialist (Data, Monitoring & Evaluation) will strengthen the Global Fund Partnership Team?s functions and the use of data, analytics and data management across the risk management framework and is responsible for managing and overseeing the definition and uses of operational and policy information to enable the strategic use of high-quality data for better decision making at all levels.
